I see that alot of people have the same problem but this morning my sansa clip was working fine. It was being recognized and I had been able to download songs. But thenk all of a sudden the rhapsody website stopped working it was not responding. So when I tried to plug the sansa back in the computer does not recognize it. I have tried different ports and also pressing the hold and center button, but nothing works it only charges and even if it is off when I plug the cable in it turns back on by itself. What can I do I just got this thing and I don’t want to think that I should have researched before buying.
