hi i just bought a sandisk clip about two weeks ago and it was working fine on my mac til today when i turned it on i just get the sandisk logo and it will not change screens and i plug it into my mac and nothing changes and i tried the trick with pressing the middle button while having it on hold and nothing. is there anything i can do?
With it disconnected from USB, turn it ON then hold the power switch in the UP position until it shuts OFF. This resets the Clip and might help.
There have been a number of threads on the forum addressing Mac OS specific issues, try the Search feature with keywords like “OSX”, “Mac” etc.
My clip just froze today while viewing the bubbly EQ thing after pressing the center button. Stuck totally on for a few minutes. Did a reset and it’s alive again.
