Clip + Freezes

Hi guys.

About one month ago I’ve bought 8GB Sansa Clip+. Today there started to be some problem. I was listening to music, and then it just froze. I did the reset thing (hold power for 'bout 20sec) and managed to turn it off.

Since then Clip often can’t turn on (freezes at Sansa logo) or if it finally turns on - works fine for minute or two, then freezes. The only way to turn it off then is to reset it. I’ve tried to turn it on 'bout 50 times, every time the same thing happened.

I’ve formated Clip - didn’t help either. When I plug it to PC - it’s recognized and works just fine.

Any idea how to fix it?

You might want to try error-checking or running ChkDsk on it. There might be some corrupted files that it’s choking on.

Thanks for help. ChkDsk either didn’t help, so I guess I’ve got to call Sandisk,
