I have a new sansa fuze and when I drag my music from my computer to the music folder on the fuze it just sits there with the transfer bar and nothing happens. any advice
Are you in MSC mode? That works best for drag-and-drop.
Are you trying to transfer a lot of music at once? What happens if you just drag over one album? One song?
If you continue to have trouble, and the Fuze is new, call 1-866-SANDISK and get it repaired or replaced under the warranty. You shouldn’t be having this kind of problem with a new unit.
