After I uploaded some new music, my m260 4.0, will say initialize but then will freeze at “Finalizing Update”.
When I put it back into my computer, it is not recognized as an audio device so I cannot reformat. It does say intialize when plugged into USB for computer but then it goes blank.
I have replaced batteries thinking that could be it but no luck.
Help!
