Contacted tech support two times. Have 2 of these players and they quit a few months ago. Searched and found there was a fix or update for these due to computer not recognizing mp3 and when you turn on the player, it’s stuck on the main window. Made numerous attemps with tech support trying to get player to work. Was told to contact RMA department. They will not authorize return due to product purchased over a year ago. I have receipt, purchased from Best Buy-serial numbers match the problem known by SanDisk. SanDisk will not stand behind product although a known problem with this player. I will not purchase another san disk product. Too my others available with better warranty and support. I’m sure there is another brand that stands behind products and has better customer service. Hopefully other users read this post.
