Disappointed with SanDisk Tech Support

First they kill the connect, then they kill my warranty.  I had started an even exchange RMA a full month before the warranty expired because the headphone jack on my connect had gone bad.  After three separate tickets and a full month had gone by, my request was finally denied because the product was then out of warranty.  Bad way to do business Sandisk!  I was planing to purchase a View to go along with my connect, but now I won’t be coming back to you for my next player.

Im done with any Sandisk product too. I have a Connect and all i see is problems and the players locking up and restarting all the time. Same thing with the Sansa e250 that i had after some time some songs would get corrupt and i had to be adding them again and again. Im done with Sansa.
