i dont really know whats going on, but i can suggest that you format the songs on the computer and reload them again. Rather then deal then what is happening as it is.

is it older then a year? email support@sandisk.com and let them know, assuming it still has its 1 year warranty.
Thank you! Yes it still has its 1 year warranty. But, this is my another M200, my first M200 got broken a year ago and I went to the shop and got a new one (this one that is broken NOW too) and they took my RECEIPT! So how can I get a new one?
