I bought a passport essential and according to the software the back-up was successful. What I wish to know, is there any way I can look at the files on the passport w/o retrieving them back to my computer? Thanks.
Sure!, You Can Open the Wd Smartware Software and Under the Retrieve Tab You could Search For The Files
That Have Been Backed up , However Going Through the Passport Into The WD Smartware Folder where All The Files Backed up Are Located you Will be Able to See All the Files
