have bought a WD 1Tb my passport but although it tells me it has backed up I cannot see inside the pssport to see if files are there.How do I open individual documents ? Am using it connected to a Pc using windows.

How did you backup the files to the passport unit? Did you use a software ?

The passport did it automatically using its own software but i cannot check to see if it has done it correctly and i cannot see where to access individual files or documents to work on.
