Help please.
I installed and set up my passport and then organised a schedule to run back ups on a daily basis. The back up worked but I can’t open up the individual files to see them. I get either a message saying that ‘this pc cannot open the file’ or a list of apps to use to open them ( Word, Excell, Word10 etc )
I have no idea how to procede. Can anyone offer advice please.!
The attachments show what I saw when I tried to open up the folder this morning. The first one goes from HISTORY to DOCS. For some reason each file is there twice but neither open
