WD Passport wont open after Backup Cannot Access WD from Program Folders

My WD Passport 1 Terabyte is only 6 months old and Yesterday I was doing a Clean Install-Backup of my drive O C;// which it completed (I have done about 6) but that’s it’ I can no longer access my WD my PC and everything around it cannot access it? the light is on but not flashing when I rebooted, Un-hooked and reconnected, tried another Port, Cable the LED started was flashing as normal but it just stops after a few minutes The Short cut on my Desktop is saying No File Letter and this Path is not recognisable and Drive Manager no-longer has it" and none of the WD Apps and Programs x86_WD CONFIG files will open so I cannot create a new File Path? When I first installed WD I could not set-up “WD Cloud” a lifetime of my Music files and Pictures were already on this WD Passport they have been since I bought it in December 2019 that’s what I bought the WD for I don’t want to lose them the last WD I had lasted 10 years can you help please I have 11 Screen Captures that will relate the story in Detail but how do I forward those clips to you?
