I’ve backed up one of my PC’s successfully to a new MyPassport and am trying to do the same with our 2nd PC. The driver updates executed successfully when I plugged it in, but the only folder I see on the drive is WD Unlocker. I can unlock, but it doesn’t open any apps for backup. What am I doing wrong here?
