hello all

just bought my first passport essential 500gb external drive

i`m  using windows 7

as a  test i backed up some  files photo`s and documents 15mb in total

i can see the drive but i cannot access my passport files

how do i access the files on my passport ?

How did you backup your data? Did you use any software or it was manually?
