Issues with 4GB SDHC card

Hi all,

I purchased a Sandisk 4GB SDHC card. My sansa express detects it no problem. I tried formatting the memory stick, my sansa express crashes. i tried copying music to the memory stick, but the player is not recogonizing the songs. Any help on this regard? i am on the firmware 01.01.12A2.

I load music to my memory cards by using a card reader, then transfering the card to the Express. This method seems more reliable for me than transfering music directly to the card while it was inserted in the Express.

i was using the card reader only. When i tried to format the card using sandisk express, the player keeps crashing constantly
