I have been experiencing an intermittent black screen issue on my SanDisk device.
The display occasionally goes completely blank during operation, and basic troubleshooting like restarting and checking firmware updates hasnot resolved the problem.
Has anyone else encountered this, or does anyone have additional troubleshooting tips or known fixes? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
You can try these steps to troubleshoot the issue. First, check Device Manager for any errors related to the device and reinstall the drivers if needed. Additionally, running chkdsk X: /f /r in Command Prompt (Admin) can help detect and fix potential issues with the device.
