Iam having a problem with my SanDisk external SSD. When I connect it to my laptop and try to access the files, the screen occasionally goes black screen, and the system becomes unresponsive.
I have tried using different USB ports and cables, but the issue persists. Iam not sure if it’s related to the SSD’s firmware, compatibility, or something else.
Has anyone else faced this issue, and are there any troubleshooting steps I can try? Your help would be greatly appreciated!

It seems like your SSD might be causing the issue. I recommend starting by updating the drivers through Device Manager and testing the SSD on another computer to see if the problem persists. You can also run a CHKDSK scan to check for any errors on the drive. Let me know if this helps!
