Extreme Portable SSD blue screen

Hello,
My Extreme Portable SSD (Model: SDSSDE61-2T00) is blue screening my device when i plug it in. I tried plugging this SSD into 3 different devices and all of them get blue screened after about 15-20 seconds. There is around 1.4TB storage still left on it. I used this SSD for about a month now and this problem came up yesterday after i came home and tried to acces the files in the SSD
