I have one laptop witih windows vista installed and a desktop with windows xp, either recognize the sansa disk, with a message: “USB device not recognized one of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and windows does not recognize it. For assistance in solvind this problem, clich this message.”
I will appreciate any help with this issue.
