I just purchased and received a Sansa Clip from Ebay, I Plug it into my Windows Vista computer and it says connected, then my computer pops up saying device not recognized, I can’t get the firmware to update, I don’t think it’s charging and it tells me it has a low battery, Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
I tried the MSC thing (Put hold on, hold middle button, connect) and it recognized it for a second then I let go of the button and it disappeared and started saying it can’t recognize it again. I tried doing it again and I can’t get it to do it since.
Do you have another player that works?
Can you try it on another computer?
