Hi @ShahidaQ
To save files to your SanDisk drive:
- Connect the drive to your PC. It should appear in File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (macOS).
- Open the drive by double-clicking it.
- Drag and drop files from your PC to the drive’s folder to save them.
If you need detailed guidance, let me know. I’m happy to explain further!

To save files to your SanDisk drive, first plug it into a USB port on your PC. It should appear as a new drive under “This PC” or “My Computer.” If it doesn’t open automatically, open File Explorer and find the drive there. To save files, simply copy the file you want from your computer, navigate to the SanDisk drive, and paste it. When you’re finished, make sure to safely eject the drive by right-clicking on it and selecting Eject before removing it to avoid data loss.
This process should work smoothly with your SanDisk, unlike your previous experience.
To save files on your SanDisk SSD, follow these steps:
- Connect the SSD: Plug the SanDisk SSD into your PC using the USB cable.
- Access the Drive: Once connected, the SSD should show up as a new drive in File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac).
- Save Files: Simply drag and drop files from your PC into the SSD folder to save them.
If the drive isn’t showing up, try using a different USB port or cable. Let me know if you need more help!
