I am very frustrated. I just purchased am Extreme Portable SSD v2 external drive. I thought it was plug and play. It is NOT. I was able to install the security software and have the external drive recognized, but I have NO idea how to use it! I can’t find a manual, you-tube videos are USELESS, the SanDisk website is USELESS and I am ready to return the darn thing. Please direct me to the right place or tell me how to start using it… Thank you.

I am almost an hour trying to find any info on how to download and use. With zero luck!
What happen to plugging in the product and all the prompts come up to guide you how to install and use.
There’s not even an instruction manual that comes with it!
I think I’ll be returning mine as well…So disappointed!
