How to fix volume button (Sport Plus MP3)

The + volume button of my Sport Plus is not working. No matter how hard I press it. I opened the MP3 and put some pressure with a stick, but it did not work.

Is there some way to fix this?

The rest of the MP3 works perfectly (even the - volume button).
