Hi. Yesterday I wanted to update my sandisk clip sport plus. Unfortunately, during the update of the mp3, I disconnected them from charging. Won’t turn on, reboot doesn’t help. the computer sees it as an unknown device. even with the charger connected, the battery level is still low. the software appears to be corrupted. Do you have noany ideas? mp3 is no longer guaranteed, ahhh

It is possible you corrupted the file system by disconnecting the cable during file transfer.
Maybe try fully charging the player. Then see if it will boot up to get to the Settings menu.
You may need to use the player’s internal “Restore” command to regain normal functions.
I always use the Windows “Eject” command before disconnecting my player from my PC.
