How to eliminate need for password to access Sandisk Extreme Pro Portable V2

I created a password on my new sandisk. Now I want to eliminate the need for a password because some units don’t have the ability to enter a password, for example my car screen.

I am sure Sandisk helpdesk have sorted this for you, but just in case or for anyone else…

The password is set or removed with software from Sandisk called ‘SanDisk Security’. You can download it for Windows or Mac from this link.

From my previous experience just use a blank password when you hit ‘Save Password’
