my fuze freezes up when i plug it in to the com, I cant charge it and my com doesn’t see it. It gets to the conected screen and than freezes with a white screen. I tried the download but have no idea I will be taking it back after work tomorrow if there is no change. As of today there have been no probs but this is unacceptible as it is my refuge during long days at work. It has been dropped once but that should have no effect as it was awhile back without even a scrach. I’m stumped and trying to be realistic.
Try disconnecting from the PC and formatting using the internal settings. It may have a corrupted file then try forcing it into MSC mode (Put it in hold and hold down the left arrow while you connect) and then do a manual firmware upgrade.
