As the title says, my Fuze is on and locked up. It got past the first splash screen and has stopped on the Sansa logo screen and is now stuck there. I cannot get it to do anything. It won’t turn off or go to any other screen. What do I need to do? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
I figured it out. I held the power button in the “On” position until it tirned off and now it’s fine. That’s the first time it’s done that and it freaked me out a little bit.
