hi hope someone can help  This needs resetting or something as there is a slight problem, i installed rockbox on it and everytime you turn it on it says " loading firmware file not found" thanks

Did you un-install Rockbox? During start-up, the player is looking for the .rockbox file and cannot find it. You need to re-apply a fresh, unaltered (by Rockbox) version of the SanDisk firmware.

You don’t mention what player you have, but all the firmware downloads can be found here.

No, the problem was uninstalling Rockbox, but not re-installing an un-modified firmware (that Rockbox altered) afterwards as explained.
