Please help I try to copy file from my SanDISK to my computer but it show error message below
“Encrypted file doesn’t exist”
then it after I click OK button it is show error message
"File is invalid and cannot be opened or decrypted. It is either corrupt, been tampered with or belongs to another license.
Do you want to delete it from your vault?"
Then the file is copy to my computer but the file size is 0KB and I can’t open the file
in SecureAccess I still can see the file and the size of the file but when I copy file to my computer this fine can’t open
Anyone can help?
