e280v1 auto shut off after usb connect

Hi!

There is something wrong with my Sansa player. I tried upload songs this morning. Like always I turn on  the player and connect to USB port. But this time something is wrong. Shortly after “Connected” screen I have Shut Off screen and I can’t even recharge battery. is there any hope to bring my player back for life? If someone had same problem and fix it, please let me know.

You can try to reset it first. Hold the menu button for about 45secs then try it again

Start with the device turned OFF, and plug in.  If the Sansa does not power up, your cable may have a broken power connection.
