It’s still pretty new, I just got it in February, I think, and have only used it on occasion. But anyway, I was sitting there listening to it a little while ago, on nearly a full charge, when all of a sudden the audio just cut off and went silent. I swear it didn’t get hit off of anything or something like that. So I pulled it out of my pocket and tried to press Play, but nothing happened, the screen just stayed blank. So then I tried holding in the Power button, but again, nothing happened. Finally, I tried plugging it into my PC with the USB cable, and still the screen remains blank. I paid over $60 for this thing and it was still pretty new, so I’m really hoping it isn’t dead. Please help!
