Out of the blue, my Clip+ 8GB won’t turn on today. I’ve scoured this forum and tried both standard reset and a the “hold home button and power button down together, but press home button a split second early” solutions with no luck. In a nutshell, my Clip+ screen is blank, but my computer does recognized it. I can see all the files (and can even play them on my laptop). But the Clip+ doesn’t show any display and won’t play anything. Any ideas?
If they can’t get it going, they can set you up with a replacement under warranty.
