My first post here. So, I have Sansa Fuse 8GB. I use Sansa Media Converter all the time and it always works. But today I wanted to convert some videos (they are all AVI and they are a bit more then 1 GB when I have 5 GB free) so I added them in the program, but I could’nt convert them. The convert button isn’t glowing and I can’t click it. I have Windows Media Player 10 and Quick Time too. I don’t know why it doesn’t work. I hope someone can help.

I think it’s plugged in. There is an exclamation mark under Information Device in Sansa Converter… I don’t know what that means. Still, it shows how much space is left so I think it’s plugged in.

Thank you.
Oh really? Then I suppose that identical post by you in the Frequently Asked Questions and User Suggested Stickies board with a time-stamp of 9/05/2009 12:03 PM is a figment of my imagination?
This post is stamped 9/05/2009 12:31 PM. More or less a half-hour later, unless you travel via the Time Tunnel.
The moral of the story? It’s OK to copy & paste from one board to another; in fact ConversionBox suggested this would be a more appropriate venue . . . however, you should probably re-read and edit the post where necessary.
