Clip Zip having several issues

It seems to be resetting itself everytime I turn it on. It loses the date/time and says that my subscription tracks are expired. When you view Account under settings–it shows that I updated via PC yesterday.

FM tuner won’t play at all.

Did finally get Music to play after connecting to PC again. But as soon as I turned it back on, nothing will play.

I have a 4 GB Clip Zip that I bought in December 2014.

Then it is still under warranty. It sounds defective; I would contact SanDisk re: a warranty replacement.

But first, I might try manually reapplying the latest firmware, on the off chance that this is a firmware-related glitch.

Ended up doing Live Chat with SanDisk. I had to deauthorize my Clip Zip and reauthorize my Clip Zip and then my PC.

He said it was a problem with the Rhapsody license. Music and Radio are working as of now. Thanks!
