Clip will only play first second of MP3s, then freezes

Hi,

I just got the clip and have run into a pretty big problem. It freezes after playing the first second of music files. I have installed the firmware updater and that hasn’t helped. Any ideas?

Are the files of a supported file type?

Could be an ID3 tag issue.
