Clip forzen when playing songs

My clip has frozen when playing songs. I could get it to work for a little while but not it will not play any songs at all. It will still work for radio etc though.

Any ideas why? I only just got it yesterday, is there somethig i do not know about putting song son it etc?? I have reset it a couple of times and that does not help at all.

Maybe its the songs your putting on the player that is corrupt. Where did you get the songs from? Is it a specific song that makes the player crash? Try updating the firmware then try uploading a few songs onto it and let us know how that works out.
