Downloaded update 1.04 for my new Clip Sport Go - followed the instructions and get FW error when I disconnet the player from my PC. Tried this twice with no success. Any ideas?

Hi @MerseaVic,

• Ensure your battery is > 50% full.
• Plug in your SanDisk Clip Sport Go to your computer.
• Download and save the upgrade.hex (1.04) file from the following link to a folder on your computer. - Click here to download (1.04)
