Clip forgets where I was sometimes

I’ve had my Clip for about 2 weeks now.  Yesterday and today it did something new.  While listening to a podcast (from the Podcast menu), I pressed pause.  When I came back to my clip about an hour later my Clip was powered down (as expected).  I turned the power on and then pushed play.  Instead of resuming where I was, the Clip started playing the next podcast on my list.  If I try to go back to the podcast I was originally listening to, it didn’t remember where I was and started at the beginning.
