Chronic M240 Synchronize Music Error

Hi - Here’s the problem I need help with - and thanks up front.

I use Napster. I load songs and playlists. Within a day or two – sometimes within an hour or two – the m240 stops playing and flashes the “synchronize to continue music subscription” message. So, I do. But the problem repeats – daily. I’ve called Napster and followed their suggested fixes, like reformatting, checking the time on my computer, etc. But that hasn’t worked. So, now I have no clue what to do.

Any thoughts?

Try to check also the subscription you have on Napster and try to isolate concern by transferring other music to the player, try different music from napster and make sure it is up to date, try also to update firmware if possible. :wink:
