I tried to post a message yesterday, but for some reason I was unable to type the text. Here is what I wanted to say: I had the error message “Synchronize to continue your music subscription” with my Sansa C250 MP3 player. This was despite the fact that I had plenty of days left on my subscription to an audio book. I also have a Sansa M240 MP3 player and have no problems with the exact same audio book. Any assistance would be appreciated.
I have had the same problem in the past.
The remedy is this:
First and foremost, use the old version of Windows Media. You will find it a lot easier to use then the new version.
Anyway, after you connect your unit… format the internal memory as well as the expansion card, …that is if you are using one.
Bottom line, is you have got to give an electronic ennima.
That has always solved my problem.
