Win 8.1, 64 bit.
Installed. Noticed the cache wasn’t growing and nothing was happening. Hit the forum after a few days giving it time to work and tried a few things. Reinstalled. Tried clearing the partition and restarting. Still nothing.
So here’s a shot from the eccmc program:

Notice when I try to preload my windows directory it goes through a ton of files, has success zero (whatever that might mean. Already cached – 0. Error: 4736782
And now the cache read percentage after all that is .01% and it is using 130 meg of data. In other words, nothing…
Any ideas? C is not a dynamic disk. I thought maybe a conflict with acronis backup program, but that’s been removed and rebooted multiple times with no effect.
I’m at a loss here. So far nothing…
