Cant get audible to work

Just got my new mp3 player.

Installed and updated to latest FW: no problems there.

Tried to move a few titles accross using audible manager app:

2 main problems:

1, it doesnt show up in “book” menu

2, when i manually search for it “folder” menu, it says file format not supported?

Please help

the sport plus only works with audible enhanced format .aax… if you have format 4 or any other format you will need to delete it and redownload in .aax

Hi

I am having the same problem with the Sandisk Sport plus.  

I have tried the download the “Enhanced” file version, however it just wont download, on any of the audio books :cry:  any ideas as to why this is?
