I just downloaded the Sansa media converter for my computer and I uploaded some videos and photos to it. No problem there. However, I can’t seem to convert it. The button is always blacked out meaning that I can’t use it. How do I do this?
The Convert button can take minutes to become enabled after loading a video. Apparently the software is doing some kind of processing on the video during that time. Unfortunately there’s no kind of progress indicator to let you know this. Personally I’m pretty disappointed in Sandisk’s effort on this piece of software … it seems like a hack.
Is the player connected? If not the newer converters don’t allow you to convert until the player is connected
