I just got my San Disk Clip 2GB and followed all the instructions for installing the device and also the Best Buy Music Store with it. Whenever I try to move files onto the device either through Rhapsody or through Window’s Media Player it gives me an error with each song saying that it cant “locate the Device’s Certificates”. It’s fully authorized by all programs, and everything’s been updated. I have Window’s Vista.
What do I need to do to fix this problem?
