I think you can try to update the USB device driver or plug SD card to another USB port.
Yes, I hope this can help because I faced that issue past next week, We need the formatting of SD card devices as well as formatting SD card devices with different formats such as NTFS, FAT32. We have also been exposed to SD bugs such as “inaccessible”. So we need to format the SD card.
But the problem is that we can’t format it in the usual way.we have to use CMD codes to format the SD card if you have this problem. I’ve solved it. When I was researching this with Google I came across a blog. The answer I wanted was correct. I will avoid my problem through it.
This article, “Fixed: SanDisk 64GB Micro SD Card Unable to Format”, (Solution 4: Clean SanDisk SD card and create new partition), is what saved me. Same problem of card not formatting. Now it works fine.
Hope this helps someone.
I’ve actually experienced a very similar issue with my SanDisk SD card. Before I finally gave up and returned the card to SanDisk, I spent about 6–7 hours trying every possible fix I could find. This blog helped me understand a few things and suggested some useful steps you might want to try too.

In the end, though, the issue kept coming back. It turns out the card had developed a firmware-level problem that made it read-only permanently. If none of the steps work for you either, it’s likely time to replace the card. But I hope the blog gives you a few new things to try first.
Good luck.
I have noted locally with camera clubs that many had counterfeit cards.
Even with cleaning the card and formatting fresh did not help. So I tried some other tools and discovered the cards were not the stated capacity or speed. This was forwarded to law enforcement.
