I have had this sansa connect for like 2 or 3 years and it has worked perfectly but i just plugged it up to the wall to charge and when i unplugged it after a while it stayed on this screen where it says Sansa and has some little symbols under it. when i plug it into the wall or the computer the little power button lights up but the computer doesn’t see it, or something. How do I restart it or something to make it work again?
Try resetting it by holding down the power button for at least ten seconds while it is displaying the screen you described.
