Can not install my Express

Hello,

Yesterday i bought me the Sansa Express 1 GB. As i pluged it on my USB, the PC didnt want to install it. PC says cant install device correctly.
He doesnt recognize the Sansa.
In my device manager there is a Unknown device entry. Unfortunately i cant find something that reminds on the Sansa.

I tried the tips in this forum but nothing helped.

my pc:

Windows XP prof SP2
WMP 10

Try it on another computer and see if it works.
