Can not add any more to Sandisk Ultra 3.0, although only 35% full

I apologize if there is already a thread about this, I couldn’t find it.

Sandisk Ultra 3.0 64GB - SanDisk SecureAccess V2.0

“Can not open file for write E:\SandiskSecureAccessVault…The directory or file cannot be created.”

If I delete a few things, I can add more. I read in onther thread to format it to ‘exFAT’, but it is the default. Other choice is ‘NTFS’.

USB Flash Drive, Vault Protection: AES128

20GB of 57GB used (35% full)

Please try to format the drive one more time to ExFat and after that try to see if the vault is again receiving this error message .
