When I open my C140, I see the bootup screen (sandisk) after the player is freeze on a track (old one) with empty batterie on the lcd screen but Its a new batterie AAA. When im pluging the player in my computer, the same screen is appear so i cant change track…
even in My computer, i cant see the device…
help me plz… (maybe reset button or somethink like this for clean up memory)
