I purchased a refurbished c140 mp3 player from Buy.com on April 3, 2008. A month ago it froze. It now shows the last song it was playing and a red low battery image. The only way to get it to turn off is to remove the battery. A new battery takes it to the same place no matter how long I leave it unpowered. The computer does not see it when I conect and can not find the driver if I hold down the select button when I plug it in to computer. I have looked around this board and could not find any fix, can it be revived? Is there any firmware update that will work?
Can you help me unfreeze it?
I thought Sandisk made quality products but I guess factory refurbished does not mean that a product will work.
